Shambala Festival will be selecting 1 act from the final to perform a 45 minute set at the festival in the summer of 2010. This festival is amazing and plays host to acts such as:

• Hypnotic Brass Ensemble
• The Bays

Shambala was born in 1999 and consisted of 150 good friends, a field and a great party. It has grown to 7,000 adults (and loads more kids!) through word of mouth. Currently based in Northamptonshire over the weekend of 27-30th August, Shambala hosts over 100 live music acts across 7 stages, alongside myriad cabaret, circus, poetry and walkabout performers. It has an unrivalled friendly, community vibe and is one hell of a party. With no sponsorship, advertising or corporate involvement, Shambala Festival is a perfect oasis of independence. Sustainability is central to all of our operations and this year the festival will be totally powered by renewable resources.
