ShakeAway is the original MilkShake re-inventor and is pleased to sponsor the Dorset Music Awards for 2010 in the area where ShakeAway was born!
When the first-ever MilkShake shop opened in 1999 everyone told creators Rob & Peter that they were crazy and they wouldn’t last the first winter. Now with around 50 shops all over the country the brand of ShakeAway is well-known, but the heart of ShakeAway is still beating in Bournemouth and Poole…. The Poole shop is franchised and owned by local Michele Venton, who also owns the ShakeAway Shop in Portsmouth.
Anyone who visits ShakeAway knows that music is a key element in the shop and a very eclectic mix is played all day in the shops. Working with people in the music industry including a recent promotion with MyBadges.co.uk, ShakeAway is pleased to be involved with the local band scene and wishes all performers in the Music Awards a great future!
